PROFESSIONAL SUCCESS THROUGH CAREER COACHING WITH HILL_BEST FIT

Situation:
An employee on medium management level of a large Austrian enterprise wanted to prepare herself professionally for her next career step - a very sought-after position in-house with several other applicants. That is why she ordered an extensive career coaching with HILL, in order to possibly gain the decisive advantage.
Task:
HILL International was ordered to support the career planning of the client through direct coaching and a founded analysis of potential. A special challenge in this case was to use the very scarce time that the client had best possible, and at the same time build the chance for promotion as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Action:
Due to the tight schedule of the client during the day, the analysis of potential with HILL_BEST FIT was done online. This enabled her to flexibly work on the HILL Competence Analysis© at a time that suited her, without stress. After the first conversation on the phone, she received the access code for the HILL_BEST FIT per mail. After evaluation of the results by the HILL expert, the client was invited to a personal coaching meeting. She was able to define her personal strengths and potentials for development in only half a day and determine further proceedings for her next career steps.
Result:
The client was able to master the subsequent in-house selection procedure from her strengthened standpoint, and received the desired position. Furthermore, she now knows more about her personal strengths, can use this directly in her new job, and at the same time systematically work on her potentials for development.
